PRAYER THOUGHT
A Different Look at Confession - by AREM .
To confess my shortcomings in intent, act, or thought
Entails no condemnation toward myself
And...
To confess is not essentially confessing to someone outside of myself - be it 'god' or another 'person'
Rather...
Confession occurs the moment
When in Silence I honestly see anything of whatever nature - and I do not need to call the seen either 'good' or 'bad'
Confession, then, spiritually is clear seeing of whatever arises into the gentle embrace of Awareness
In Awareness, therefore, Awareness is your Priestess, your Priest
Which is to say, 'You are your Priestess, your Priest'
